A special feature on all Welding & Automation, Inc. welders, it allows the welding control to be fired only when the predetermined force range has been reached by measuring the displacement of the head force system.

Built-in Versatility to Handle a Variety of Jobs.
Force system stroke and electrode opening are all fully adjustable to accommodate a wide variety of parts sizes.

Applications

With the HS-2 head, you can design welding machines suitable for a wide range of metal joining applications where precision and consistency are essential. The HS-2 head will accommodate small to medium sized parts.

The HS-2 head is designed to accept miniature die sets for extreme accuracy in welding and soldering of miniature and sub-miniature parts.
